However the existing tradition is to focus only on the gas or magnet field of a motor to get acceleration of vehicles and other machine parts because the use of levers is too unconventional. God's Physics law of lever as is shift gearbox ignoring result: 1)  huge motor directly joined to: a)wheels (locomotive), b) propeller (helicopter, ship,submarine, propeller airplane), c) spindle (CNC machine tool) ; 2) excessive motor power indirectly drives wheels by two clutches as are the automatic transmission of torque converter and continuous variable that replace shift gearbox  (lightweight vehicle); 3) motor of excessive power when shift gearbox is replaced by planetary and hydraulic transmissions (heavy-duty equipment).
​Why heavy-duty truck only uses normal motor power according to weight, load, and friction between wheels and road? It uses shift gearbox. However its propulsion uses  transmission as brake to motor interior acceleration system. In result up to 80% mechanical energy goes in form of heat and acceleration by gas requiring too long time.  The method of shift gearbox designs of too many gears/maybe shafts is too old. Today costs of energy require renewal shift gearbox to get sustainability in future too.
